THE BRIEF

"We needed everything — a name, a look, and a brand that could grow with us from one food truck to now multiple storefronts."

BobaLuv started as a single food truck in Rexburg, Idaho in 2019 — one of the first boba concepts to originate in the US and build toward a multi-state footprint. When they came to Limitless, they needed a full brand built from zero: a logo that could anchor everything from a paper cup to a storefront, a website that could serve customers across multiple cities, and print and packaging materials that held up to the daily demands of a high-volume beverage operation.


The brand needed to feel warm, playful, and inviting — rooted in the culture and community energy that makes BobaLuv different from big chain competitors. Everything had to work in print and on screen, at thumbnail size on Instagram and at full scale on a drive-thru banner.


Six locations and 10,000+ social followers later, the identity has scaled exactly as designed.

CHALLENGES TO SOLVE

BRAND NEW IDENTITY

No existing mark, no guidelines, no color story. Every element — logo, type, color, tone — had to be built and validated from the ground up.


MULTIPLE SURFACE PACKAGING SYSTEMS

Cups, napkins, menus, and boxes all needed to carry the same brand consistently — each with different dimensions, materials, and print constraints.


WEBSITE DESIGNED TO HOUSE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

The site needed to handle menus, locations across three states, catering inquiries, and online ordering — all within a clean, mobile-first layout.


SCALE-READINESS FROM DAY ONE

Designed with growth in mind — the identity had to flex from a single Idaho food truck to a multi-state franchise without needing a rebrand.
